Join our Digital Marketing team at Burges Salmon as a Digital Marketing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to play a part in our wider Marketing department, which is divided into three main areas: Marketing & Communications, Pursuits, and Business Development. Working in our Digital Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with other teams and bring your expertise to ensure digital excellence across all business areas; this will include the opportunity to engage with stakeholders at every level, from fee earners to the people team. In this role, you will be joining a fast-paced environment full of diverse work and stakeholder engagement opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Apprentice to foster best practices and high-quality outputs.
- Handle internal email inquiries, content, and analytics requests, alongside the Digital Marketing Apprentice.
- Edit web pages to ensure content is current and optimised.
- Expand our reach with creative social media posts.
- Develop and dispatch internal and external emails, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver analytics and best practice recommendations across digital platforms.
- Build strong relationships with third-party suppliers.
- Participate in digital campaign development and execution.
- Support PPC campaign strategies and activities.
- Engage with the broader marketing team and internal stakeholders from various departments.
What we're looking for:
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (Sitecore/WordPress is a plus) and Email Marketing Platforms.
- Proven organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Proven SEO knowledge and web writing skills.
- A proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and openness to new ideas.
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
