About Us

We're a rapidly growing team of Digital Marketers taking on a range of small to medium-sized clients. Every day in our fast-paced and exciting work environment is different, so you'll never get bored.

Your new Digital Marketing Exec role with us:

As our successful Digital Marketing Executive, you'll:

• Begin to improve your knowledge and experience of Client Service by managing your own clients and assisting them with their PPC/Paid Social requirements.
• Ensure you understand the client business you are working on in the context of your day-to-day work whilst working with the Account Managers to suggest improvements or builds and then being involved in the client meetings to discuss these changes.
• Lead the creation and development of client campaigns across a broad range of channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Produce engaging content pieces for clients across a range of verticals.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of all media plans for your clients.
• Ensure all campaigns are measured as per client agreements.

You'll also:

• Work closely with the Account Managers to develop your client service and relationship-building knowledge.
• Work with the other Executives and Assistants to proactively present industry 'interest pieces’ to the wider agency team.

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and personality:

• One year’s Facebook/Instagram Ads experience / Paid Social experience
• Previous account management experience
• Previous experience with Google Analytics
• Would like to learn how to be an awesome Digital Marketing manager
• Comfortable working well with clients and developing strong working relationships with them to deliver their marketing results
• A very high standard of written and spoken English
• A proactive, can-do attitude is sure to work well within our team.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and Digital Marketing best practices, plus
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
