Job Description
Our Digital Trading team is expanding! We have positions available across all of our fascias (Sport, Premium & Luxury) to join as our next Digital Trading Assistant.
If you have a passion for working in the retail space, have excellent customer service experience and want to make your first move into a head office role, we want to hear from you!
You will work with the Digital Trading Managers and Digital Trading Specialists to ensure products have the required data and imagery to launch on time and working to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales on site. Report on eCommerce trade for specified category highlighting key information to the Trading Manager. Optimise site navigation, customer journey and product placement to drive online sales.
- Maintain and update all documentation regarding product information and attributes.
- Analysis of best sellers and stock levels in reaction to trade performance and upcoming promotional activity to optimise online sales.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan and organise own workload
- Some experience with Excel
- Commercial acumen and keen to develop a career within a Global Commercial business
