CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Trainer with strong eLearning, bespoke Digital Training design experience to join a fantastic organisation based in Amersham. The role will see you take responsibility for all the internal training and for managing a small team who provide partner support. We are looking for someone to join the senior management team yet who has a hands on, creative approach to designing Digital Training solutions.
We are specifically looking for someone who has a background in creating bespoke Digital Training solutions.
You will join a fantastic social enterprise who have help to raise over GBP150 million for good causes.
The role will be predominantly office based with the option of a day or 2 working from home.
DUTIES
This position which will require you to provide a range of skills from e-leanring, L&D, Digital Training to internal HR queries.
The key is that you ll be the digital champion, so you will be required to have a good understanding of digital user experience, eLearning, and CRM training flows. You will have experience of creating webinars and training content and creating and maintaining a Knowledge Base.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as an Digital Training Manager, L&D Manager, eLearning Manager or Training Manager, with a large emphasis on digital channels. We are looking for someone who has created bespoke Digital Training solutions.
- Any experience of digital user experience, video content creation and e-learning training flows would be advantageous.
SALARY:
To GBP70,000 + 25 days holiday + Free Parking + Benefits
LOCATION
Amersham / Buckinghamshire
Hybrid, the potential for 1-2 days working from home.
