Duties and responsibilities related to the Dim Sum Chef role

• Creating and following traditional recipes, while also being innovative with new DIM SUM creations.
• Utilizing traditional Chinese cooking techniques, such as steaming, frying, and baking, specific to DIM SUM preparation.
• Collaborating with the head chef and restaurant management to design and update the DIM SUM menu.
• Managing the DIM SUM station and ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Introducing new DIM SUM items and seasonal specials to keep the menu exciting and diverse.

About you

Proven track record and experience in high-end Chinese cuisine is essential. Excellent knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
