We are looking for a Direct Giving Manager, to lead a team responsible for the retention and development of supporters through print, DRTV and digital channels, with an incredible well known health charity with a fantastic brand.
This can be a UK remote role or hybrid working in the London office.

The Role
Manage and develop three direct line-reports to deliver prize-led projects and campaigns for the charity.
Manage, oversee and optimise the prize-led strategy, delivering budgeted KPIs with a focus on net income and lifetime value.
Prepare, monitor and reforecast the Prize-Led teams budget and annual operating plan whilst collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Lead on senior stakeholder engagement, ensuring key information and milestones are communicated as relevant.
Train staff in Direct Giving and Prize-Led processes and procedures to ensure they are highly skilled and following best practice.
The Candidate
Knowledge of prize-led fundraising and relevant techniques.
Demonstrable experience managing marketing/fundraising projects.
Demonstrable line management experience.
Experience of managing campaign budgets and campaign analysis.
