Job description

Are you an experienced Individual Giving Manager who wants to make a real impact on improving lives that are affected by poor mental health or severe mental illness? We are looking for 2 Individual Giving Managers to drive forward the IG strategy for Rethink Mental Illness and Mental Health UK.

We are currently in year 2 of our 5 year Fundraising strategy to increase growth from £1.5million to £6 million over the 5 year period. Using both acquisition and retention activities, the Individual Giving Manager will grow the supporter base, increase life time value and deliver exceptional supporter experiences. You will use a variety of direct marketing channels including digital, and develop authentic content to deliver outstanding engagement campaigns and supporter journeys for regular givers, cash supporters and payroll givers. You will use insight to make decisions and optimise performance, create learnings along the way and encourage ideation and innovation. Contributing to the Individual Giving & Legacies team strategy and wider Directorate activities, you will also manage one direct report, the Individual Giving Officer.
