We are currently looking for a Senior Individual Giving Manager to join our Development department on a full time, permanent basis.
The Senior Manager, Individual Giving is responsible for developing and delivering a programme of fundraising communications and products which grow a significant and sustainable supporter base among our audiences.
The successful candidate will have developed compelling fundraising messaging, products and donor journeys using direct marketing and campaigning techniques. They will be able to realise the value and potential of a suite of supporter opportunities. An effective collaborator, they will understand the roles of colleagues in digital, communications, marketing and visitor experience teams, and how to work with them to convert audiences to supporters. They will also be proficient at recognising when and how to progress supporters through their giving journey to new types of support and will have a track record of working with
fundraising colleagues to achieve this. They will be a confident manager of staff and agencies /suppliers.
