The Opportunity:

This is a brand new and exciting opportunity at Arden University. As the Director of the Centre of Excellence for Learning and Teaching, you will be an aspiring and collaborative leader who has a real passion for excellence in learning, teaching and assessment. You will provide transformational leadership and excellence in adult access to learning, teaching, assessment and academic enhancement across the university. Collaborating with key stakeholders and overseeing Digital Learning, Academic Professional Development and Portfolio Development to name a few, you will be required to lead CELT to achieving outstanding success by having a highly positive impact on our data, metrics and student outcomes.
About You:
We are looking for 3-5 years of leadership experience in higher education, evidence of a broad range of quality enhancement activities and extensive knowledge of effective evidence based strategies to promote student learning success. It is important that you are well versed in inclusive pedagogies, digital learning, TEF and the NSS.
