My Client, an impressive Investment Management business, seek an individual to further build and manage strategic relationships with key Clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities::
Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners within the UK IFA and WM community. Act as the main point of contact for Key Accounts, providing updates on existing products, coordinating due diligence requests and supporting on technical queries, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and content that meet clients' needs.
Development of Strategy: Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform and refine the strategic direction for the team. Use MI and data to inform decisions and strategy for both the Strategic Partnerships team and the wider sales team in the context of our overall objectives.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within both existing and new Strategic Partnerships. Collaborate with the business development team to create and execute strategies for expanding the company's exposure with potential new strategic partners.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of account managers and relationship specialists. Set clear goals, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
