This is an exciting opportunity to take the number one finance role in an established, thriving and expanding non-for-profit organisation.
As the Director of Finance, you will be the number one finance person in the business with team of 6.  You will report into the CEO and will lead a growing team, a key deliverable will be to get the best out of that team, coaching, mentoring, and developing those individuals.
  
Key responsibilities
  

• Ownership of all matters relating to financial performance, communication of this to board and senior management
• Maintaining a robust financial control and compliant environment
• Leading the budgeting, forecast and planning processes.
• Managing and developing the finance team to be ‘best in class’s
• Providing timely and accurate financial reporting and performance analysis to all stakeholders
• Cashflow management
• Ownership of audit process and relationship

  
Required

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent with post qualified experience.
• Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Charity, non-for-profit experience Essential
• Extensive reporting skills
• Strong and ambitious character with ability to influence change.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels and contexts, as well as with non-finance stakeholders
