Job Title: Group Director of Sales – International Hotel Group

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus

Location: London

I am currently recruiting a Group Director of Sales to join their International Hotel Group.
My client is looking for an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for the industry.
We are looking for a sales driven individual who will be managing the top accounts for the group along with the sales team across the group.

About the position

• Identify & grow new business for the managed hotels across the UK
• Develop strategic long term customer relationships
• Organise and carry out in-market sales tours
• Act as the market segment specialist
• Work closely with the General Managers

The successful candidate

• Previous experience as a Sales Director in hotels a must
• Multi-site international experience preferable
• Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales
• ability to make effective commercial decisions
• A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual
• Ability to develop and manage relationships
• Strong communication and administrative skills
