Director of Sales & Marketing

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 plus Relocation Assistance + Company Car + Housing Allowance

About the Role:

Are you ready to work for a world-renowned restaurant brand? We are very excited to be working with this high-volume, full-service restaurant group that is known for their excellent food, guest experience and quality of service.
This company is constantly expanding, and they are looking for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to work in their Jamaica office and is available to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand standards
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
• Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment to achieve collective goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
• Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance

Ideal Director of Sales & Marketing:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing management within the high-volume hospitality industry
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation tools
• Caribbean experience is a plus
• A natural leader with strong decision-making and communication skills
• Valid passport
