SalaryMy client, a reputable firm in Kent, are looking to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to their team in Maidstone. They have multiple offices across Kent and are renowned for delivering expert legal advice and exceptional client services.
The Dispute Resolution team specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation disputes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including businesses of all sizes, across various industries.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE.
- Have proven experience in Commercial Litigation.
- Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the regional commercial property market, its challenges and opportunities.
- Have the confidence and ability to communicate to a high standard.
- Have a strong work ethic and be prepared to work as an integral part of the team.
- Have a keen interest for developing and marketing the department and the firm.
