Information on the role

• Maintain electronic & physical filing system
• Track & Update records, e.g., training, invoices, & project documents
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars & handling correspondence
• Liaise between all departments, facilitating document exchange
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, & adherence to company standards
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement & implement solutions
• Assist in reports & presentations
• Handle general administrative tasks
• Ensure confidentiality, security, & integrity of sensitive documents

What we’d like from you

• Previous experience in a Document Control or Office Admin role
• Proficiency with Reflow would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Products
• Solid data entry skills
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills
• High level of accuracy
• Pro-active problem solver
