SalaryWe're looking for a Document Controller to join a Construction team in the East / Midlands.

Your day to day will look like:
- You will act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors.
- Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to include receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval.
- Configuration and preparation of status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards.
- Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team, in line with the company protocols.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be an experienced candidate in document control (ideally 3+ years)
- Experience of Viewpoint software and a clear understanding of Workflow.
- Must have previous experience working on site or in a main office in construction.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- You should also have strong knowledge of setting up and using electronic document management systems, knowledge in the use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing and selected job specific software.
