WHAT WILL THE DOCUMENT CONTROLLER BE DOING?
Our client is looking for Document Controllers who are looking to enter a role that will lead into a more established career path. The Document Controller will be joining a dynamic project team who offer support to a variety of projects and will be responsible for Document Control functions and requirements.
THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH…
- Management within EDMS or EDRMS systems
- Handling, storing and destroying highly sensitive information
- Developing and installing document procedures to ensure smooth workflow
- Receiving, monitoring and issuing project documentation
- Updating project documentation trackers
IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR CANDIDATES TO BE…
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Knowledge of various Data Management systems
- Excellent organisation and management skills
- Able to obtain SC level Security Clearance
