Document Controller

We are recruiting for an organisation whose head office is based in Ascot and they are seeking a Document Controller to join their team. This is a very process driven role and requires a focused individual who has strong attention to detail.

The Document Controller duties included:

• Uploading and downloading drawings from/to external document portals.
• Manage all incoming drawings/documents in accordance with the companies Quality Assurance Manual.
• Audit internal drawings/documents in accordance with the companies Quality Assurance Manual.
• Copy, scan and store documents.
• Prepare company literature ad-hoc during busy periods.
• Administrative tasks supporting both Ascot/London office.

The Document Controller will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous Document Control experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programmes
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Clear and efficient numbering and labelling skills
• Typing accuracy and efficiency
• Attention to detail to ensure documents are accurate and made to specifications
