Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time, permanent
Salary: From £27,000pa, dependant on experience

Brook Street are proud to be working with a well-established luxury hotel based in Tunbridge Wells. My client are looking for a Duty Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities -
- Working within departments to maintain and improve operational standards
- Ensure performance standards are upheld and assist/manage break cover for all departments
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness, reporting repair work as necessary, conducting periodic inspections of public areas
- Assist with recruitment and training of all staff whilst setting a clear example of personal presentation and positive attitude
- Communicate with guests/visitors in a professional and courteous manner, handle any issues or complaints
- Report occupancy, guest feedback and operational performance to the Operations Manager
- Be knowledgeable of special offers, conduct show rounds in the absence of the sales team and support the coordination of events and meetings.
You will have experience in a similar role, strong people management skills and attention to detail. You will also have a structured approach to tasks, ability to work under pressure, be well presented and well-spoken with excellent written and communication skills.
