Duty Manager

We are looking for a Duty Manager with hotel experience to join our expanding team. Ideally we are looking for someone that has experience in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities will include:

· Managing and training staff

· Managing guest expectations and queries

· Effective problem resolution

· Overseeing the restaurant and managing events as necessary

· Ensure the smooth running of the business during duty management shift

· Reporting to the operations manager

· Shifts on weekly rota basis 5 out of 7 days including weekends

Salary discussed at interview, depending on experience
