Trainee Duty Manager
The role of Trainee Duty Manager will involve:
- Management of the hotel on a day to day basis.
- Leading shifts, including training and motivating the team.
- Dealing with customer queries and issues.
- Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Requirements for Trainee Duty Manager:
- The successful candidate should have previous hospitality experience - supervisory level as a minimum.
- Experience of running events is highly desirable.
- Candidates must enjoy being a “hands-on” member of a team. All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
- Our successful Trainee Duty Manager will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
