Dv Cleared Service Delivery Manager - Outside Ir35

iO associates are partnered with a growing SME in the National Security space on their search for a DV Cleared Service Delivery Manager to start with them ASAP. 

£600 - £650 per day, Outside IR35

6 Month Contract - will renew beyond this

On-site in Gloucestershire

*Please note this role requires enhanced DV clearance (UK*C) in order to be considered.

This role will need to be done predominantly on-site (at least 4 days per week), with the option to also compress the working week into 4 days should you wish.

Role details:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Software Development service that our client is providing.

Working alongside & managing a team of 10 developers, who will be based predominantly at the customer site, you will be the primary on-site representative for our client, and will strive to continuously improve the level of service their customers are receiving.

You will need to have a good understanding of the ITSM frameworks such as ITIL & ISO 20000, and experience with SIAM (Service Integration and Management) is also a key skill for this role.

Duties include:

• Ensure timely response to incidents and oversee incident management process
• Ensure appropriate investigation into ongoing problems and agree suitable mitigation actions Liaise with customer and other supplier stakeholders to manage and resolve issues
• Contribute to configuration and asset management processes at the client
• Ensure continuous delivery of updates into the test, reference, and production systems
• Share product upgrade information with customer stakeholders to enable them to take advantage of new features and capabilities  
• Providing regular reporting to customers on the provision of the managed service by tracking Service Level Agreements & Key Performance Indicators
