Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience | Hybrid Working (3 days on site)
Renishaw are undertaking an ambitious project to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 throughout the global subsidiary network, and we are seeking an enthusiastic D365 Technical Analyst that will play a key role in the progression of the project by assisting with the deployment and support of the solution rollout.
You will have at least 2 years’ commercial experience of developing, implementing, and supporting solutions in either Customer Engagement (CE) or Finance and Operations (FO).
You will need the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with UK and overseas stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Responsible for building, testing and documenting features in D365.
- Setup integrations between Middleware and D365.
- Monitoring Production environment using various toolsets.
- Participate in system integration, data migration, and testing activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
Key requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an implementation or support analyst, with a focus on Customer Engagement (CE) or Finance and Operations (FO)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related subject.
- Solid understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concepts and functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
Desirable requirements
- Understanding of Azure DevOps or equivalent.
- SQL / Azure SQL knowledge.
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure infrastructure and technologies.
- JavaScript experience.
Person specification
You will have an analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and desire to probe further into understanding requirements or establishing a root cause. You will need ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues and stakeholders and will have strong commercial and business awareness.
