A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A (INSERT JOB TITLE HERE) AT (INSERT HOTEL NAME HERE)
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Fianncial Controller, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Invoice Processing: - Efficiently process and code supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Payment Processing: - Prepare and process payment runs, reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies.
- Supplier Relations: - Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding invoice and payment enquiries.
- Data Entry: - Accurately input financial data into the accounting system, maintaining up-to-date and organised records.
- Month-End Activities: - Assist in month-end processes and provide support to the Group Accountant where necessary.

To succeed in the role of Finance Assitant, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Be able to learn quickly and be flexible in your approach to work
