The successful candidate will be responsible for Group wide implementation and support of a centralised ecommerce system which is adapted to meet local requirements..
Duties:
- Support local teams in their implementation of B2B ecommerce (~8 companies)
- Be the main point of contact for technical support on issues with the system
- Liaise between local teams and developers utilising JIRA ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of bugs (developers are mix of internal and freelancers)
- Perform QA/testing of development actioned
- Administration of integration between Product Information Management System for product data in line with the requirements of the ecommerce system
- Interface between PIM/ERP/Ecommerce to provide solutions to the local markets
- Work with UX designers to develop designs based on requirements
- Create specifications for developers based on functional requirements
- Support in the on boarding process of new countries into the platform
- Support local markets in the success of their ecommerce project where necessary
- Support in platform adoption and overall growth of order conversion
- Documenting all aspects of the system
Experience:
- Good understanding of ETL tools such as Power BI, Pentaho ETL for data management would be an advantage
- Strong understanding of business processes and backend
- Understanding of system implementations
- Minimum basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent English spelling & grammar
- Able to write technical specifications
- Capable of managing your own time, meet deadlines and work within a team
