We are looking for a full-time e-commerce manager to join our growing marketing team.
This role will be crucial in further building on our commercial success and will suit an ambitious, entrepreneurial e-commerce specialist looking to join an organization in an active high growth phase and where they will be able to have a direct impact on the business. This position is available immediately.
Who Are We?
ExperienceFirst is a growing global travel brand born in New York in 2009. The company operates in North America & Europe with key locations including New York, LA, San Francisco, Dallas, Paris, London, Rome & Barcelona, with exciting global growth plans.
We bring travelers together to show them a city from a local perspective, whilst showcasing some of the world's most renowned attractions.
We aim to create memorable experiences by developing optimized itineraries with engaging local guides to help people make the most of their vacation. When you take a tour with us, we’re showing you our city the way we’d show our family when they’re in town. We’ll share the stories and secrets you won’t uncover without a local to lead the way. Discover unexpected places. Learn what the locals love. Be immersed in something completely new.
Why are we recruiting for this position?
This is a newly created position within our marketing team. ExperienceFirst is leveraging multiple sales acquisition channels including paid media, and our marketing team is working hand in hand with our tech team to maintain and optimize existing sites, as well as build new ones. However, we have never had a full time position dedicated to e-commerce. Given the current growth pace of the company and our ambitious commercial goals for the upcoming years, bringing in a full time e-commerce expert in-house is now crucial.
You will be part of a growing marketing team, working alongside marketing generalists as well as channel specialists. You will report to our Vice-President of Marketing & E-commerce. You will also work closely with other departments, mainly our Tech and our Products teams.
Why join us?
Building upon over 15 years of successful trading activity, we are embarking on an exciting journey where our marketing team is rapidly growing and our commercial objectives are becoming even more ambitious.
This is a great time to join us and the role promises to be positively challenging, engaging and rewarding.
Despite its continuous commercial success over the years, ExperienceFirst remains a family-owned business at heart. Combined with our current relatively small team size, this makes it a naturally welcoming environment for new joiners. We are all driven by a shared ambition of seeing the business continue to go from strength to strength.
