About the Role: As the E-Commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, shaping and executing the e-commerce strategy to drive growth and enhance the customer experience. You'll lead a talented team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maximize revenue and profitability across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Build and nurture key relationships to expand our customer base.
- Drive stock management and order fulfillment to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Role Requirements:
- 8+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in luxury or tangible asset sectors- Working with wine and spirits would be ideal .
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
- Expertise in digital marketing concepts and CRM/CMS management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
