About Our Client: A cutting-edge executive search firm based in the heart of Kew, London. Committed to excellence, innovation, and building meaningful connections, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager & Executive Assistant to play a key role in our clients growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Manager:

• Develop and implement efficient operational systems to streamline workflow.
• Oversee day-to-day business activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Analyse data and metrics to enhance overall business performance.

Executive Assistant:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Executive Assistant.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Macs and Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
