Your new role
This is a key role where you will be providing a broad administrative and business support service to the CEO, fully understanding the organisation and its priorities in order to support the best of your ability. Being a true gatekeeper, the role holder proactively oversees the CEO's workload, taking responsibility and thinking ahead. Your main priority is to ensure the CEOs time is managed effectively, ensuring they have the capacity to complete all the work as needed. You will manage email, correspondence and all meetings on their behalf and oversee all information sent to them.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires you to speak fluent French. You must have experience supporting an executive team member, ideally on a 1:1 basis. Your skills in attention to detail, communication, and confidentiality will be key. You must also have experience coordinating board meetings and taking minutes with high quality papers created. You will be working independently and have the confidence to take decisions on behalf of the CEO.
