We have taken on an incredible opportunity to join an incredible private equity firm on a Maternity cover contract. With about 100 people based in stunning Mayfair offices, the team boasts a great culture, low turnover, and a friendly environment. The office is well situated for transport links, and the company is thriving.

THE EA ROLE:
The role will be a 9-month cover for a busy and friendly team, with the opportunity to support across a range of seniority. The successful candidate will be joined by another EA, working collaboratively to support the team. Duties will include:

• Proactive diary management
• Complex travel booking
• Processing expenses
• Handling calls
• Maintaining internal databases
• Collation of documents and presentations
• Ad hoc admin tasks

The ideal EA should have a proactive and measured working style. A good sense of humour, high ambition, and the willingness to muck in will be key to success in this role. Prior experience supporting a busy team would be beneficial
