Salary My Client is an international Investment Firm based in the heart of the West End, W1. They are looking for an exceptional EA to come on board and support one of their Managing Directors who also happens to Head up one of their key business areas and the London office.
The position will be supporting him and his team with diary, global travel, expenses as well as being the "go-to" person for all things Office Management. They are looking for a real all-rounder who is looking for a "home". This is a business that looks after its' staff and where people tend to stay for a long-time. This is indeed a newly created role rather than a replacement.
Everyone is the business is extremely respectful and work together as part of one team. Every month, they have an office social which everyone is encouraged to attend.
Their are two other EAs in the company and you'll be working very closely with them.
