SalaryWe are currently recruiting for an experienced EA, ideally with a background in financial service, to support 2 managing partners of a well-established Private Equity firm based in state of the art offices in Covent Garden (5 days in the office, with a degree of flexibility when the partners are travelling)
The main duties of this role will include (but not be limited to):
- Extensive calendar management – both personal and business
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Coordinating all travel and entertainment arrangements for the 2 partners
- Processing all expenses
- Providing additional secretarial support to the wider investment team and covering other Pas as and when required
This role would suit someone who is a proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills and has the confidence to manage upwards as well as forge relationships with investors and portfolio company directors.
The ideal candidate will also be incredibly organised and have the ability to work to tight deadlines with an impeccable degree of accuracy. You will also need a high level of IT competency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Teams.
