We have an opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team, within our beautiful setting at White House Farm. Our ultimate aim is the happiness, well-being and personal development of every child who attends Once upon a time. As an Early Years Practitioner, your role is to make every day special by providing outstanding care and education to all children.
We are a family owned, and family run, private nursery school with four settings in and around Sprowston. We’re looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, working 36.5 hours per week, all year round. Hourly pay ranges from £10.20 – £10.65 per hour depending on experience. Each week includes two full days, 7.45am-6.15pm and three half days, a mixture of mornings and afternoons, helping towards a healthy work-life balance.
We’d ideally like applications to hold a full and recognised Early Years Level 3 diploma. However, we would be open to applications from anyone holding a Level 2, Early Years who show aspiration to progress their qualification to a Level 3 if successful.
We take care to provide a lovely working environment for our team, caring for their professional development and wellbeing. We encourage higher learning and support progression across our four nursery schools.
