About The Role
The Ecommerce Regional Manager is responsible for country performance, growth strategy translating the brand identity onsite, working cross functionally across the business to deliver continued growth in sales and profit while driving an immersive customer experience.
The Ecommerce Regional Manager role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual that can bring fresh and innovative thinking to the French and German region at LOOKFANTASTIC by being responsible for planning & delivery of the regional budgets & the local campaigns, including the alignment of marketing, trading and creative plans.
Responsibilities – Innovation and Planning:
- Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the site as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
- Monitoring key site metrics including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic (new and returning) etc.
- Using initiatives to drive brand awareness in the French & German market through campaigns, digital marketing channels, working closely with the brand comms planning team.
- Using analytics tools such a GA and ContentSquare, and our in-house reporting platforms to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance & inform planning and activation strategy.
- Planning and delivery of regional budgets through campaign activations to ensure KPI's are achieved.
- Work with the Local Ecommerce team to develop and plan territory's strategy and trading calendar whilst working with the marketing teams on driving junior team execution.
- Deliver on targets and budgets through campaign activations to ensure KPI's are achieved.
- Work in synergy with marketing channel leads to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence & drive new customer acquisition at the lowest cost possible.
- Competitor positioning – market share analysis, demonstrating awareness of key competitors and market leaders in the industry alongside industry trends.
- Developing and monitoring measure of success for upcoming projects and development implementations.
Essential skills
- Fluent in German and/or French and English.
- Commercially astute, ambitious and driven.
- Experience of managing budgets, trading calendars, sales forecasts and marketing channel traffic overviews.
- Manages their time efficiently, enjoys problem solving and finding effective yet scalable solutions
- Experience of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Experience of working in German and/or French region with localised knowledge.
- Strong communication skills; has worked as part of a wider team and has experience in managing and developing a junior team.
- Growth mindset - those able to think outside the box best suited to a growing region and agile environment with responsibility for key decision making.
