Kingsley Healthcare, a top 20 UK care home group, seeks a driven and creative Regional Marketing Manager to join our flourishing team in the North West. Responsible for Cheshire, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside, you'll drive marketing across six of our care homes, shaping how we connect with local communities and attract residents seeking exceptional care.

Reports to: Marketing Director (Functional reporting) and Regional Operations Manager (Direct line reporting)
This role could be for you if you have:
- 3+ years of proven marketing experience, ideally within the care sector but not essential.
- Strong track record of developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Demonstrated excellence in organising community events, showcasing creativity, attention to detail, sound budgeting, and successful implementation.
- Exceptional people skills, possessing the personality and confidence to engage with diverse stakeholders - from residents and families to business leaders and politicians.
- Team player who cultivates support from colleagues to consistently elevate standards and enhance resident wellbeing.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, enabling relationship building with various stakeholders.
- Collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering impactful results.
