Have you recently completed or are currently completing your PGCE and are now searching for a school you can immerse yourself in to complete your ECT years?

EdEx are currently working with a forward thinking, modern secondary school in the heart of Greenwich is on the hunt for ambitious ECT1 and ECT2 Teachers Required to join from September 2024.

Following expansion, the school are looking for 3 ECTs to join their mentorship programme, developing your abilities and leadership skills throughout ECT1 and ECT2. The school have a bespoke programme for taking in ECTs and mentoring them into leadership posts that at tailored to your ideal progression routes.

Once in the school, you will be paired 1:1 with a subject specialist who will provide elite support to ensure once you finish ECT2 you will be able to progress up the ranks.

This role is ideal for someone who aspires for a headship, a research post, or a pastoral responsibility as the bespoke programme will equip you with all the skills to take on a career filled with growth.

Person Specification: ECT1 and ECT2 Teachers Required

• Must have QTS or currently on a PGCE/SCITT/PGDE
• Hold a degree at 1st Class or 2:1 Level - From a reputable university
• Enthusiastic, confident, and patient
• Driven to progress through the school
• Looking to join a supportive team
