SalaryOur client, a leading London University are currently looking to recruit a temporary Education & Student Services Manager on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). Looking to start as soon as possible, running for 11 weeks. The post will be hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week on site and the remainder remote.
Key responsibilities for this post will include:
- Providing direct line management for the Education and Student Services Team, overseeing the delivery of consistently high-quality customer services to a variety of stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Director for Education to successfully deliver and implement the school’s educational strategy.
- Liaising with multiple departments to ensure effective and accessible student services delivery.
- Working across departments to develop new projects to enhance student experience.
- Lead quality assurance within the department to ensure high standards of practice are maintained.
- Financial management and planning within the department, including overseeing budgets, requisitions, and programme initiatives.
To be considered for this post, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role, from within a Higher Education setting.
- Demonstrable experience in successful leadership and line management.
- Experience using student records systems i.e. SITS, Moodle and Portico.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and governance processes and frameworks within the Higher Education setting.
- Ability to review, evaluate and develop policies and procedures to promote innovation within the department.
The post is looking to start as soon as possible, so you will need to be available immediately or at short notice to be considered.
