Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the Havering EIP Case management including assessment, providing interventions and support Managing allocated caseload Medication management and administration (medication include oral and intramuscular) Participating in the clinics liaising with other professionals attending ward rounds and professionals meetings Assessment of new referral Duty cover Referral and signposting patient to other service Depot administration Support in running physical health clinic
