As the Electrical Contract Officer you will be:
- Overseeing the contractors ensuring that all work is in line with KPI's, statutory compliance and health and safety regulations
- Booking in electrical maintenance works for the contractors off the back of the risk assessments including reactive repairs and fire alarms,
- Conducting monthly contractor meetings, updating maintenance reports and inputting data onto the system.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Previously worked in a further education or NHS organisation
- Strong IT skills
- Electrical technical knowledge
