About Us: Join a leading Facilities Maintenance Provider specialising in commercial contracts. We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a static role, focusing on Electrical Maintenance for commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive Electrical Maintenance tasks in accordance with industry regulations.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure effective coordination of tasks.
- Participate in the on-call rota to address emergency maintenance issues outside regular hours.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Recognised electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 2360/2365, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with commercial electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
