Description

• Oversee the preparation of annual accounts and financial statements.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries, offering professional advice.
• Manage a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Participate in business development and networking activities.
• Review and improve internal accounting processes and systems.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery.

Profile

A successful Accounts Senior should have:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, AAT or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and encourage junior members of the team.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Outstanding client service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships.
• A practical understanding of accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, CCH and MS Office.
