Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team, monitoring progress and performance against established metrics and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards throughout the construction process, promoting a culture of safety among project teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive measures and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management and clients, addressing any concerns or issues as they arise.

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within the electrical construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and technologies, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
