Our client, an experienced principal contractor who partners with some of the biggest data centre providers in the market, are currently seeking a brand-new Electrical Project Manager. The project at hand is based in the Slough region, and long-term future work is expected in the area.
Achieving a huge turnover of over 200 million GBP in 2033, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with long-standing market experience and an ambition to grow even further in 2024.

Responsibilities:
- Lead team meetings to engage, motivate, and improve performance.
- Report aspects of the project to Clients, Directors, and any other relevant stakeholder.
- Liaise with Technical Services to ensure the delivery of Design / Working Drawings capture any additional cost, programme delay, or external influence that may affect production.
- Delegate activities within the Project Team, while still managing to build strong working relationships.
- Management of the Procurement Process.
- Promote and drive health and safety.
- Manage installation and commissioning activities.
- Handover documentation.
- Managing and controlling sub-contractors.
- Cost control, while liaising with project surveyor to produce monthly PFR reports.
- Quality control.
- Risk control (programme and commercial).
Requirements:
- Previous Project Management experience.
- Demonstrable experience carrying packages from Technical Submittal to Commissioning stages.
- Must have Data Centre experience including large electrical packages.
