Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and professional handling of client queries and orders, as well as providing technical support as the first point of contact for their customers.
This position is in a village location so own transport would be required
Responsibilities
- Handle queries and orders promptly and professionally.
- Book client orders accurately and efficiently.
- Keep customers and managers fully informed at all times regarding the status of their queries or orders.
- Manage all incoming calls, identifying issues, and guiding users through the necessary steps to resolve them.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and always ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills required
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
