Location: Office-based in Oxford (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus commission

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client research needs and recommend appropriate Life Science products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within a defined geographical territory
- Collaborate with the Sales team to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
- Utilise the company CRM system to track customer interactions and manage leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Role Requirements
- A strong academic background in Life Sciences field e.g. molecular biology or genomics (BSc, MSc, or PhD required)
- Some prior experience in a target-driven customer-focused role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eligibility to work in the UK
