Position: Electrical Quantity Surveyor for Data Centre Projects
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Package: €100,000 + package

My Client specializes in cutting-edge data center construction in Germany.
With an annual turnover of over €10bn, this business are a global leader in construction & services.
We're seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their Frankfurt team.
Responsibilities:
Estimate costs for electrical systems accurately.
Review designs for compliance and cost-saving opportunities.
Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project costs and provide reports to stakeholders.
Resolve technical and commercial issues with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Experience in the construction industry, focusing on electrical systems.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost estimation software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
