The University is seeking to appoint an Employability Projects Assistant within the Careers and Employability Service. The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to support the Westminster Employability Award and the Employability Task Force.
We are seeking someone who is organised and the ability to manage competing deadlines. You will bring experience of organising meetings/workshops/events/outreach, taking extensive minutes sometimes on complex topics, monitor action points and be confident working with colleagues at all levels of the University of Westminster. And you will be able to take the initiative to support with project delivery deadlines.
You should have some understanding of the challenge’s students face with regards to their employability and be able to support continuous improvement of how services and schemes meet student needs. And you should be able to provide a good level of customer service day to day via student and colleague enquiries.
We are seeking someone who is adaptable to using various systems to work virtually and to support our Careers and Vacancy Management system that currently has 4000+ students registered on our pathways.
