Salary: £24,000 - £29,000, 20 days A/L, study support, birthday off, 8% pension, life insurance (4x salary)

Role Description
The Employee Benefit Administrator role is a full time onsite role located in Brierley Hill. As an Employee Benefit Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include managing Employee Benefits programs (Group Pensions, Group Protection and Health Insurance Products), for our Corporate clients, working with insurance companies, helping employees with benefits enquiries, and maintaining confidential records.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Employee Benefits administration / working in an IFA environment (Essential)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (Essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
