Role Overview:

Trigon Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well reputed training provider for the role of an Employment Advisor is to help support the participants back into sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support our customers with giving advice and guidance on a 1-1 basis.

• Experience of providing support to employed and unemployed customers.

• Ensure action planning and goal setting is completed with our customers on a regular basis.

• Complete regular reviews, action planning and records of customer journeys are completed to a high standard.

Essential/Desirable Criteria:

• Desirable: NVQ Level 3 or 4 in IAG or equivalent.
• Desirable: Functional Skills Level 2 in Math, English, and ICT, or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge and experience in self-employment/enterprise.
