Location: Delivery across Crewe, Northwich, Winsford & Macclesfield
Salary: 26,500 - 29,545
Job Type: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours.
Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with one of the UK & Irelands largest employee-owned public services provider who specialise in services within skills, education, employability, health, criminal justice and social care sectors. The successful candidate will provide advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of referred customers using a variety of appropriate strategies to help them overcome barriers to gaining employment.
Meet, and strive to exceed personal performance targets, KPI's and Quality and Compliance measures.
Undertake in-depth assessments using a suite of tools to fully understand a customers circumstances, preferences and holistic barriers to progression to employment.
Coach and mentor participants, building strong, positive relationships, guiding, motivating, challenging, encouraging & helping them to obtain sustainable employment.
Achieve the Customer Service Standards required on the programme.
About you:
Essential
Good working knowledge of the local labour market in the specified geographical locations
IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes including 365 & modern digital technologies (Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business)
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
Desirable
Knowledge of the employability industry
Knowledge of the recruitment industry
Experience of providing Information, Advice & Guidance
Level 3 Award in Employability Services Sector or Equivalent
Full driving license to enable travel across specified geographical area
